Spending more time in a position will allow us to slowly reach the New position. Mobilization and neuromuscular control need to be paired together for these more advanced moves . the resistance band .

Great vid. I just watched your 48k sots press and was curious as to a progression that would allow me to begin working towards completing one. With some work on my flexibility and range of motion I can foresee accomplishing my first sots press, albeit with much lighter weight, in the near future. Thanks Joe. I’ve been binge watching your bids for the past few days. You’ve earned a new subscriber. Keep up the great work.

This is essentially the solution I use to do KB overhead squats so I don't tip over at the bottom, (my band is attached to a pullup bar). What are the interim steps toward taking the 'training wheels' off?
