I gave up on the mum department long time ago, she is just not the type who's going to listen to you, she will just shower you with what she thinks is the right thing to do but always fail to understand my emotional needs, since I know her intentions are pure, I stopped fighting for it, I just let her be but yeah, I wish I could really have a conversation with mom where it doesn't lead to some frustrating arguments. This was interesting. I am a Cancer Sun female in western astrology but have Ketu in Cancer in my Vedic chart. Not sure how the info in this video applies to me yet. I find Astrology fascinating, so I’m enjoying the learning. I am very devoted to my children and family life. It provides me a sense of fulfillment, joy, and appreciation for life. I am not detached when it comes to them. However, I have recently discovered the importance of detaching myself from some people and situations outside of my immediate family. Ketu in cancer is good from the perspective that you won't lead a loving attached family life otherwise this placement leads to a detached family life which isn't exactly the way to go if you want to care really. And honestly Capricorn planets especially a Venus there are gold diggers. Rahu in Capricorn is only adding fuel to fire then for such placement. These people make good money but emotionally leave many in family incomplete. I personally would never allow detached beings for FAMILY

Hi Kapeil, This lesson has opened a chain of questions for me. I have Moon (in 2Sg 30') with Jupiter (6 Sg 38'), Libra Ascendant meaning that I will get my emotional security from 10th house Cancer i.e. Job, Career, Father etc. Ketu is in Cancer wanting me to detach from profession.
