this effect is very cool. I'm looking for a invisible sphear reveal effect if you know there are any tutorials on that, please let me know. Basically it's a sphere that looks glass like but you see through it, however, you can hide an object inside the glass without revealing the object.

That’s a cool trick. You can do that in compositing pretty easily. I wouldn’t do that all in camera, but if you play with the IOR of the glass a bit it could work...

Awesome tutorial! Subscribed inmediately to your channel. Question: if you animate the camera a lot of the lines "vibrate" (very apparent in vertical lines of the taller buildings). Do you know how to get rid of that?

Ah, you could select it and choose to export it in whatever format Blender puts out. You can bake the shader if you want too so it goes with it.

Another small problem I had, is this Tron background seems to override some foreground objects I am animating (actually a graphic equaliser using Principled BSDF output). Any idea how to overcome this?

Thought one. I’d do them in separate renders and composite them together later so you can have way more control over opacity and luminance.

@@KevBinge Mac users warning : currently the addon does not work anymore on Mac because of an issue relative to Blender Mac build itself. Please do not report the issue here. It should be fixed by the Blender team soon. Check the bug report to follow the progress on it. (I'm learning, all GitHub if there is a Mac issue will state this if you scroll down). Looks like a possible future fix).
