So after a couple comments, I realized I used the wrong footage of the perk cards in the intro. Way back in the olden days it was broken so you could use both auto and non-auto perks, but now it's only non-auto. In the video I was using the non-auto cards, but for some reason I edited the auto perks into the intro on accident. Either way, build is stupid strong

enclave plasma with flamer barrel mod is one of meta guns and builds right now ... its super busted :D (guy killed earl with it in like 17sec) but i will give credit for using pistol not a rifle as everyone

For anyone who wants to try the plasma thrower pistol or rifle, just keep in mind they use gunslinger/rifleman perks (non auto perks). For those who are looking for a solid plasma gun, the Slug Buster is a guaranteed named one from the aligning with the Raiders for the vault heist.

I personally believe that the rifle flamer is the best cause you get to do tons of damage on top of having your action boy, adrenaline, and other priorities. And the rifle version requires high perception so you will get better accuracy at range in vats. But I can see how the pistol version would be fun!

Ah, good. Found someone else who has found that the plasma flamer barrel is really good. It's like a regular Flamer, except lighter, more range, ammo efficient, cheaper to repair, craft ammo, has a cooler flame. I've got a 2-shot legendary one and melts everything. Get a quad cap one and you never have to reload because the mag size balloons to the point your entire ammo supply fits in it.
