Not sure how many kids he has, but his one daughter went to college in our local area. He and Kyra would occasionally be spotted in downtown and were always gracious to people who approached them. A friend of mine got to meet them both. Very nice people!

The movie Footloose was made in 1984 at Payson High School in Utah Kevin came back for One Last Dance in 2024. Today marks 40 years since the movie Footloose was made in 1984... So cool! I loved that movie. I saw it in the 1980s, when I was 17, and am now 57. Before that movie, because of the church I was raised in, I thought I was terrible because I liked to dance around the rec room with music on. I wasn't allowed to go to any dances. I was so glad when "Ren", played by Kevin Bacon, quoted scripture in that movie, that said it was good to dance. It changed my life for the good. Was and still is my favourite movie. I still dance when I can, at a dance and around my apartment. It makes me happy.😊❤

I've always liked Kevin Bacon's movies. He can play a bad guy as well as the good guy with such perfection, yet he's always cool, humble and awesome. My Sister's nickname was "Footloose" because she mimicked the clothes and styles from the movie. Until the day my Uncle passed away in 2019 he called her by nothing else.
