From my original comment, what I meant was a lot less people know the meaning of the confederate flag yet there is outrage for making it to a tv episode, while we have cars labelled SS driving around and no one even notices. I hope that provides context, how my neuro atypical brain sees the issue of a confederate flag on British tv and apparent outrage. No, two wrongs don't make a right I get it, but one is more relative to a British viewer than the other If the above doesn't make sense, my apology

To be fair, until the recent controversy, the only knowledge any typical Brit had of the Confederate flag was from the General Lee on reruns of the Dukes of Hazzard, though I don't think Kevin's old enough to have seen them.
