Yeah, this is unfiltered Glaswegian. It's really quite different to English. You did OK at understanding though! Some people from England can't understand full Glaswegian. When people from Glasgow (and lots of other places) are speaking to folks from the other end of the UK, they actually make an effort to speak English in a more standard manner. The accent situation in the UK is so diverse and so heavy, that we actually struggle to communicate sometimes!

His accent is really heavy, but the bit you missed at 4:20 - the joke is about newly married men, or new fathers rarely getting the chance to go out and party any more, so when they do, they'll do anything to stay out longer, even beyond a 6am curfew. So with that in mind, what he says then is: "You want to call it a night? What the fuck, man - one more hour! The Spar's open, we'll go and get cans." In the UK 'Spar' is the name of a store like 7-Eleven, open all night and it sells booze

If you read books check out Irvine Welsh, you may have heard of the film Trainspotting. Anyways his books are always written in the dialect and pronunciation of the scottish, it takes a while but after a few chapters there are a few words that are different, but used in the same way, but what I like about Irvine Welsh is he often writes words as they are spoken not spelled. It may also help with slang and in jokes. However his books are very gritty and focus on the very darkest places in humanity. You have been warned. Great video. I think you shoud check out Tom Stade, basically a comedian who lived in England, but grasped the culture.
