Thanks for the perspective. What is a prenup? A blank check possibly. People seem to think it's a roadmap of your future being directed by one. Not in this here state. Mr. Costner had assets prior to the marriage. Per the agreement, he will still maintain full control of those assets as the unity ends. As for the 19 years and children she had with him, she will have rights that can't be signed away. She will get what she has a legal right too. As I hope we all would when life happens.

He’s a very nice man, I’m sure he will treat her well. She must have really loved him to sign a prenup like that , plus that was then, this is now. I’m sure he’ll do the right thing. Remember lawyers are involved to secure the finances.

Maybe she needs to get a job.. like other women who divorce their husband's. It was her decision to leave, not his decision. If the kids need a rich lifestyle, they can go visit their father. If he had left her, it might make a difference, but she filed and wanted the divorce. If she needs more than a million, go sell some handbags. That is what she was doing when she met him. He shouldn't have to support his ex-wife.

She should find an alternative. He must have given her a great life and her demands must surely be unreasonable and a want for greed. I am sure that Costner will look after his children without question and they should remain in his custody and control

No one knows what goes on behind closed doors!! Prior assets I agree are his , but he wont even allow her to take furniture kitchen items etc!! That is not reasonable, she should get a lump sum of what he made during the time they were married! He is never home and has no intention of slowing down his work pace!! She has been telling him for over a year she wasn’t happy, this is not something she just sprang on him! He didn’t think she would leave because of the lifestyle, he is a piece of work, I hope and pray she gets a lump sum and moves on with her life!! She is not the villain. He is Never home and has a reputation as being promiscuous, if your not home and your Wife is not sleeping with you and are known to be a run around, I am sure he thought he could do anything he wanted !! Air tight prenup, thinks he can live & work as he pleases! Ya a bunch of BS! I have lost a lot of respect for him! He has the money take care of your family!!

❤wife plan this for a year and she was getting Josh Conners service her since he was renting on place. She stole cash from credit card of staff to buy van when leasing all vehicles. She used credit cards to pay lawyers. I bet if ask cash he give it to her if she lie what for. Then file papers and go vacation with Josh.
