He didn't deserve that Golden Globe he screwed Taylor Sheridan, as Taylor did save Costner's career when he brought him in Yellowstone Original Costner's career was in shambles, how did Taylor get paid back by a whiny brat, and then during his divorce he asked for more money and more creative control over his character when Paramount and Taylor returned him down he went running to Horizon that flopped in his face

But, I bet it was worth missing the awards ceremony just to win such a nice award!! Congratulations! Enjoy your work quite a bit.... I even own WATER WORLD, which I watch from time to time... and I liked your take on Wyatt Earp, as well. Particularly the early years meeting Bat Masterson, and the scenes with Dennis Quaid calling you WYATT EARP like a chant. (Doubtless Dennis had seen Douglas Fowley's great version of Doc in THE LIFE AND LEGEND OF WYATT EARP... Both were similar, loved them both, and yet, I also loved Val Kilmer's 'take' as well... ). ... but your EARP has a stone-hard 'depth' that I think the real EARP would have also had; particularly that self depreciating last scene when you are demurring on the deck of that ship, not quite able to accept your own greatness... very well played... ... Wyatt Earp was about as much of a criminal at times as he was a law man... and as an ex cop, I can tell you, THAT is NOT uncommon! Not at all... But I enjoyed the absolute GRAVITY that you gave the role of EARP, at times... nicely done. Oh, and the 'coffee' thing was great, as well... Also have DANCES WITH WOLVES and a few others... I enjoyed A PERFECT WORLD - very nicely played, as well... Have not gotten to see YELLOWSTONE yet, but was just out there in the Yellowstone a couple years ago... when it was snowing on the fourth of September!! Strange place!!

This may be my last post, my wife gave me a list of jobs to do whilst she is out.........and like so many others before me who watch something by Mr Costner here on KZbin you watch one video and it's not enough you just keep going until you hear a car in the driveway and know that your time is up and seconds from now you`ll be sharing a laugh with the man upstairs.
