It's my favorite government/spy-related movie. I think of it up there with Patrick McGoohan's Prisoner series and Sean Connery in Goldfinger. Very high level stuff.

I gave it 5/10 on IMDB. It had HUGE potential as a film, but it fell apart in a messy way. It doesn't deserve a higher score than that. Rubbish ending, promising cinematography, weird editing at times.
