Very few people know and love American History like Kevin C!!! He is such an inspiration and inspiring man. He works so hard. He tells the truth about this country and how we got here. He is so polite, he wants to hurt no one. He loves his children, his movies and his music, and his beautiful properties. And gosh, I know none of us want home to have to give up that 10 ocean front acres!!!! I wish I could cover that for him. An yes, Thank You Mr Costner for all your movies, but especially Horizon-An American Saga!

I think it was supposed to be that way. The whole saga was around the final generation fighting for family, independence, and way of life, not always for the monetary side. And I agree with you, Kevin is one of our real national acting treasures, and seemingly a really good guy and inquisitive, intelligent person.

John Dutton character would not have committed suicide. He talked Jamie out of suicide in a previous season and was totally against a " selfish act" his words.. If the entire episode was watched it clearly indicated a hit on John by Sarah. A miscommunication between Jamie and Sarah. Jamie inquired about killing Beth, not his Dad by the way.

Having seen Chapters 1 and some interviews ... This was definitely the most "rounded", fair and grounded one to witness. Thank you! I love History, and Regarding @horizonamericansaga as a whole... - It not only deserves to be seen, but should be seen by as many people as possible, because it eventually is the first and most realistic attempt to describe this historical complex and put its diversity into an honest, 'unglorified' context. I look even more forward to being able to see Chapters 2, 3 and 4 on the big screen and some day even own all 4 parts and the Documentary to watch them again, reflect and learn about this important, often inglorious and yet amazing part of History of America and the diverse people and civilizations who came to be. But first - #seeyouinthemovies ! ✨🍿📽️🎞️✨

It's obviously not a suicide. Jamie inadvertantly ordered a hit which they said would make it look like a suicide. I love Costner and I love Yellowstone. I would have loved to have had him in it to the end, but I completely respect his decision. Horizon is absolutely beautiful as are all Costner's westerns. I love how he loves the landscape of this country. I love it also and it's fantastic to see it captured on film so well. Costner even speaks in beautiful landscapes.

How can they sit there and complain about the ending for the character when the writers has basically no choice due to the fact that Costner couldn’t return. If he couldn’t return to the show then how are they supposed to keep the character alive long enough to give him any other kind of ending? They couldn’t exactly film a heroic death scene without the actor could they.

Mr. Costner I am a huge fan, I was and am thrilled you have done “ Horizon” absolutely stunning. Yellowstone, watched Sunday evening and after the first 3 minutes I walked away, I was highly disappointed and most likely won’t watch the remainder of the season. My thoughts are without you it IS NOT Yellowstone, I’ve said that since the very first show when it was said you were only doing a few episodes. This first episode of 2nd half season 5, my opinion the writing was very haphazard, we waited 2 years for what we had already seen. On to better things, what’s going on in your life after “Horizon”, more movies I hope lay in store??

I am the only one that is disappointed that you started something and failed to finish. You are an incredible actor, director, producer. I watched some of Horizon and it looks amazing. Many of today's audience isn't going to give this movie the credit it is due. The past is in the past and our education in America had history classes. The teachers were horrible at teaching it. Kids today don't care any more. Sad but true. Yellowstone's ending is as much of a disaster as Game of thrones. It was written by a person who no longer cared about it. Sheridan is looking forward and Yellowstone is in his past. What a disappointment after all we invested ourselves in this story. It has changed me. I will no longer watch shows that are not complete. It truly feels like this season is just to keep the fandom happy. We arent. John would never commit suicide and for Taylor to write this as his end makes me wonder if I even want to keep watching.

You were talking about the music you played with your band and you were wearing flip flops and your band laughed at you. You had posted your number plus community to call. I did but somewhere a scammer cut in and he is talking to me. You need to know that your picture is posted from your visit to Italy in your Black Tux with what you said about being a single father and the nights prayer. He is scamming people. I have listened to your interview and you mentioned documentary coming out about Horizon. I saw your movie and thought it was so great. @@PatFoster-wm7my Because imposters are infiltrating much social media through social media, including imposters who purport to be celebrities, it is best to avoid and leave them to their madness. Such has become a corrupt "business" around the world, with many such criminals working together, and having no conscience in the harm they do and no regrets that they steal from innocent victims. I ran into some of their schemes this year and so, through such experience, I have found it is best to enjoy real interviews such as this and the creative works such as the music and movies of those we admire. The imposters are tricksters that are not worth our time nor attention. That may be the only best way to stop them, and to get such warning out, as many are overseas and so are very elusive. So Let's support and Behold what is truly inspiring in our world. And beware of the imposters who likely can't be verified until we realize they are really scammers, by their behavior. I'm sorry you "met" such scammers also, and that you have recovered from it as well as I have by now.

Been watching Yellowstone since the beginning and the first 30 seconds of the finale season ruined it for me . Especially when they show the "suicide" and then jump back 6 weeks earlier so they could of waited to kill off John Dutton and I'm guessing that wasn't the original idea or script. Saw chapter one of horizon and loved it but westerns don't really resonate with the younger generation but as a 40 yr old if I see costner in a western I'm watching, from open range to Wyatt earp to dancing with wolves and on and on.

...and I don't know who threatened her life(?) because all Trump said was (paraphrasing), that she was for war as was her father because they profit from it but, if she had to be on the frontline with guns aimed at her from every angle...that she would be less cavalier to rush in and commit our soldiers to endless wars. Trump is anti war ...and Costner sang songs from the 60's that are anti-war? I am confused with his stance on this. Liz Cheney is not to be admired because the stand she has taken is not pure...it is self serving.

Yellowstone has gone downhill and turned into a mafia style show. Sheridan has lost the plot and episode 9 was a disaster. It was too focused on setting up the 6666 Ranch spinoff and the constant homage to the lost cowboy life has become so heavy handed it seems like a trope. The characters have lost their depth and the reasons for their prolonged deep seeded anger have ceased to be plausible. The show really lost its way and its too bad because I loved it.

Loved the interview... disappointing that you framed his death on Yellowstone as a suiside. When that clearly was not the case. I would have loved to hear Kevin Costner's reaction to what actually happened instead of a suicide, which would have been so out of character for John Dutton. I admired his reaction, as he gave the YS staff credit for their stories and suggested the suiside could be a red herring...which it was and was quickly revealed in Ep 9 as such.
