Doctors spoke to the classes because in our state we had an epidemic of cervical cancer among young women . The cause of this was being promiscuous. UAB research surgeons came to my classes and taught directly to the entire student body ages 14-18 about the epidemic. They visited many schools. The teachings helped decrease cervical cancer in our state .

He alredy gave her $100,000 when they married and another $100,000 on their first wedding anniversary. She saved this and it's now worth nearly $450,000. She also withdrew from his account $95,000 to pay for her lawyer and accountant, without asking. He has also proposed to pay for 100% for expenses for the children. He has acted in good faith. He has stuck by and went beyond the prenuptual agreement. She signed a legal document, and is now unhappy with what she did. Sorry, but you signed it. Kostner is doing the right thing, and she still wants to screw him. It's all about the money. I hope she doesn't get a dime more than what he is offering her. In this case, how did she broad the subject about her business endeavors to him. Both of her endeavors failed, and he backed her both times. During the Covid lockdown, a lot of meaningful discussions between spouses was had with each other, a cleaning of the air so to speak. Sometimes, when you act in haste, you can't that the action back. Furthermore she knew his past escapades, so she could have put fidelity in the PMA and in the event of adultery her demands such as,. she gets a percentage of his net worth, first consideration of homes up to and including their primary residence...

Christine should have married another man who loved her & wanted children! Kevin Costner already been married & had children from his first marriage & another child from another relationship for a total of four children! Like I said Christine trapped Costner in this marriage & I think this is why Costner did this prenup! I truly think Costner loved Christine & never thought their marriage would end up in divorce! Yes Christine knew Costner is a successful actor but living that life is hard being away from your husband is difficult with your young children is difficult! But Christine needs to realize Costner works hard & the balance is hard to balance with a wife & family! Now Costner is giving Christine some tough choices since signing the prenup she has to move out of the house but not their children! They both filed for joint custody! With as much as Costner works he will definitely have to spend more time with his children & the judge will set Costner to be a full time father with his children during his required time! Work will happen after his visits with his children that’s a must! Costner just has to follow these court rules when it comes to being with his children! Love is important for children & listening!

From media reports and some public court filings per the PMA she had to leave the property 30 days after filing for divorce. Didn't Costner already pay her 1 million per that same agreement. It's no negotiation to be had she filed for dissolution, adhere to the agreement, and move. Costner even agreeing to pay moving costs and her mortgage for a year and for family therapy. This should have been a quiet and quick divorce...she's bargaining for more money. She chose divorce instead of marriage counseling now adhere to the terms...

I don't think it is a good idea to put a wife in a $140 million something house. It would be hard for anyone to not live like that. I do understand that the person needs to marry him for him and not anything else. He did fund her 2 failed businesses and gave her a million dollars and she had 19 years to build a nest egg. He also offers to pay her mortgage for a year and insurance costs. I know that he owns other properties, but it would be more tempting to some wives to want to divorce if a house was included in the prenup.

@@maryabbott8344 the divorce agreement is 50/50 custody. He gets the kids half the month and she gets the kids half the month. Roughly 2 weeks a month … 26 weeks a year. She only needs to provide for them when they are in her care for 26 weeks in a year. If a divorced parent can’t afford to cover the costs of their kid for 3 or 4 days of a week … they can find another job to work nights for that 3 or 4 days they don’t have the kid. Otherwise they should get a better paying job. Not expect the other parent to fund their incompetence at earning a living. Being an ex to someone who is wealthy doesn’t entitle you to a lifetime of that lifestyle when you decide to end it when the other parent is pulling their half with the kids in split custody. This isn’t a society that should reward game playing that attacks marriage as a source of getting free money for divorce. That experiment has been run and it’s destroyed the community.

My daughter and husband divorced and he provided child support plus a divorce settlement for adultery. He had the two children every other weekend and a few weeks during the year . She always taught school to provide .Teens also are allowed to decide at a certain age which parent they choose to live with . This is a law in our state. States have different laws, however .

Do you notice he hasn’t even mentioned that they do have three teenage children who live there? Who will buy their cars? Pay all their health and car insurance? Pay for their clothing? Foods? Schooling fees and clubs ? Gasoline? Utility bills? Dr bills and dental bills? It costs lots of money to raise just one child today. Plus they will have college fees and costs for that too. They will need a lot of basic things in the next few years. He asked for child visits but I doubt he will ever see them again once the divorce is final. He’s too busy filming Horizon and hasn’t had time for his family in months . Even when he had time while filming Yellowstone he seldom came home. Sexual enjoyment is part of every happy marriage but he chose not to accommodate his wife . Come on parents! Stop putting your teenager through this so publicly. Figure it out fast. You’re going to have to learn to communicate when you have a child together no matter how old that child gets (and heavily before the age of 18, then graduation, birthdays, possibly other holidays, heaven forbid health and misc worries, marriage, grand children, etc.) so the lack of respect for that child this way is disgustingly brutal. Whoever leaked the info to the media deserves jail time as this can affect a child’s mental health deeply and thus affects their physical health. A comment about the mother of your child not moving out to anyone looks pretty fing horrific if it was said to anyone. There should be laws that protect and makes kids the priority way over whatever’s in a prenup or anything else. How are adults so ignorant to care more about materialism over their child? Selfish and sick.

The top reason why a woman files for divorce: cheating, abuse emotional/mental/verbal/financial/physcial, spouse has drug or alcohol issues. In 19 years she contributed nothing to Kevins comfort? She birthed and nurtured HIS sons provided a home environment. I know from EXPERIENCE that is a 24 7 round the clock JOB. Shes not TAKING anything from him. SHE EARNED IT😊
