JJ Reddick is your coach, he knows the game of basketball better than any of the other candidates and he played 15 years in the league; he is a long term coach that will not cost you initially, he's a players coach and will manage the locker room along with LeBron and AD's input. We must get two real bigs Valanciunas, Drumond, Dwight ect. to AD. (ie 2020 chip) we need a six man (Bobby Portes, Dramond, for additional support etc.) We need a two way guard to contend with Murry and Anthony Edwards..... Demar/Caruso/Donovan/Keli Ubrea/Marcus Smart/JaMonte Murray/ Brogden etc. We have more than enough assets and picks to make this happen. Doc Rivers, Ty Lue, Chauncy Billups, etc none of which had ever coached prior to there position. There is enough assets, picks and money to make it happen. 0:23
