Draymond Green even admitted that the ice in the tub is fake and that the water is not cold. I guess a better way to put it is that it’s loosely scripted. D.K.’s reaction to the weights was not surprised. He obviously knew it was fake the entire time. If you don’t think that then you’re one of those really naïve people on the Internet. The whole point of the show is to be a comedy. It doesn’t need to be real or entirely organic to be funny. There is definitely still candid moments, but the show is also certainly planned out.

What DK said at the beginning about going to the gym is important for all of us to understand: pro athletes don't actually train long; they just train very efficiently. Pro athletes don't have time to train all day, because they have too many obligations away from the gym (team meetings, community participation, media appearances, family time, etc.), so it's all about maximizing efficiency in their training. What does this mean for us? We can also train like them by maximizing our own efficiency to get the best results for us.
