One of his best highlights comes from his second season where Seattle is playing Kansas City and a KC defender intercepts a pass from Wilson and proceeds to run it back the other way looking like he would score easily, but Metcalf runs him down from behind and tackles him. The guy who made the interception is known as one of the fastest guys in the league and Metcalf caught him easily and he had a long way to go to catch him. He admitted to looking behind him and seeing Metcalf suddenly appear and his eyes go real big in shock and some fear. It was really something to watch for sure.

That knee thing that you're talking about, it's a stutter step. You usually see it before a juke attempt because it makes the defender unable to ascertain the intended direction. You can see it quite often in the NBA by the more athletic players.
