I was lucky enough to be part of the Budweiser Speedtweets Kevin Harvick Fan Prix in 2014 at the GoPro Motorplex. Kevin had never been in those karts and within one practice session (after we had hours to prep ahead of time), he was near top of the charts. Even though he jumped the start a bit in the race, he would have driven thru the field either way. It was an honor to be around one of the greats and to watch his approach, even if for just a day. I, for one, will not be one of the smack talkers when it comes around.
