When I was working on the geriatric unit at the psych hospital we had a 70 year old pretty competent man learn the letters "PCP" when it was med time I was standing there talking to him about something his turn comes up and to the med nurse he goes "Got any PCP?" UTTERLY clueless to what it was just that it made us laugh and the nurse ratchet gave him this shocked and disgusted look. It was fucking hilarious I was dying laughing but i warned him at shift change not to say it again and explained what it was so it wouldn't get written in his chart. He thought it was funny.
