Kevin Levrones biggest most powerful muscle is his heart.. What an absolute legend!
@isida5094 жыл бұрын
Heart is not a muscle 😅
@woooster174 жыл бұрын
Ahmed Really, it isn’t? What ‘in your opinion’ is it then? I’ll help you out... ‘Cardiac muscle (also called heart muscle or myocardium) is one of three types of vertebrate muscles, with the other two being skeletal and smooth muscles. It is involuntary, striated muscle that constitutes the main tissue of the walls of the heart. 🙄
@isida5094 жыл бұрын
@@woooster17 Heart itself is a cardiovascular organ. Myocardium is the name of the muscle of the heart. Your very hand is composed of muscle but it is known as the upper limb not muscle. I am a orthopedic surgeon, who are you kidding? Btw, what you mean by your comment I can understand. So, chill. 🙂
@woooster174 жыл бұрын
Ahmed Thank you, I understand the difference between ‘a limb’ and the muscles within that allow movement of said limb/hand.. I stand by my initial answer & which you repeated ‘Myocardium is the name of the muscle of the heart’ i.e. involuntary, striated muscle which constitutes the main tissue of the walls of the heart’ I am chilled, but thank you for asking.

This wasn't about winning or losing it was about a guy who set out to acomplish something. When many doubted he would even get on stage he seen the goal through to the end and proved to us all that you can push hard and achieve great things if your driven, are willing to work hard and sacrifice things. Levrone didn't get the Sandow but I couldn't give a shit that wasn't the point if you thought it was you missed something......

Ruhl and Lee Priest always stand out to me in the era they were near the top. Oddly neither of them retired and got small. Lee Priest is a genetic freak. Genetically gifted in so many ways and short-changed in others. Markus.............was the mass monster among mass monsters. Ramy is not there, his legs are to long for his height. (not his fault) It's just something. Markus was nowhere near balanced in any way, shape or form....he was a monster. Some of us think that deserves respect. (Lee was a monster too just not in the same way) I don't know if his arms will ever be beaten.

I 100% doubt that they could come back on all the gear they were on, stick to a nutrition plan, never miss a training session, and do the cardio required to make the drastic of a comeback. For all those criticising Kevin's decision to comeback at 52, questioning what was the need; Kevin answered it in an interview with Shawn Ray. It was eating him mentally, he felt he was not done, he felt he had to go on stage one last time, like rocky ,one more round. It was more of a personal goal than trying to promote his brand or winning titles. He did it to calm down his inner soul which felt that he had to compete, he still had it in him. And now he has made peace with it. If he hadn't done it and listened to everybody else advising him not to come back, he would've spent rest of his life in regret thinking what if I had tried. Atleast now he knows what he thought he could do was not practically possible but he gave it his all and now his mind is at peace
