I was at this game on my birthday and remember the 3pt jumpshot like it was yesterday. If he hadn't made the shot, I wouldn't of remembered the game. Fast forward 7 years later, I once again attended the Suns/Celtics game. This time the Suns crushed the Celtics. After the game I saw Bird and a few other players at a sports bar near their hotel. Joe Kleine told Bird not to sign my ticket stub since they lost. Larry Bird reached out ant took my pen and ticket and signed it. Thanks Mr. Bird!

Let me pretend that the vodka is the chaser for the cider. Lets pretend that I have four of these lined up and that I can drink them all in one sitting. It is possible. I know it is. You see I have done this before. Lets pretend that I toast you with the cider and that I empty the glass. The vodka follows as easily as a raindrop on a windshield. Let me pretend that the second and third of these combinations follow easily. Let me pretend that I gaze at the last glass of amber fluid and that I see into the future. Let me pretend that it wastes no time following its companions. Let me pretend that the vodka patiently waits its turn. Sometimes we drink for pleasure. Sometimes we drink simply to get drunk. Being drunk eases the pain of living. I would get drunk to dull the pain of missing you. Lets pretend I want to see you again. But let us only pretend that .
