If Bear's move on from Flus, they should definitely consider giving the HC job to Thomas Brown. Brown has this offense firing on all cylinders, so they need to do everything possible to keep him!

I think not all coordinators are meant to be head coaches and you can ruin their talents by making them head coaches. Thomas Brown shows promises as an OC. Let him be the best OC he can be too early to be forcing HC on him. If the Bears were smart they would hire Bilichik bc he is a no nonsense, attentive to detail coach. Keep Thomas Brown as OC and get Lovie Smith as DC.
