Which is one of the reasons why he was hired. Complete opposite of what Zimmer was. Players wanted a more team friendly coach and that's who KOC is. Glad he's the coach and hopefully he gets the Vikings their first Superbowl win.

Only good things happen when folks enjoy going to work every day. Even when things go bad, folks pull together instead of splitting apart. The worst thing is that they will have to let some of these guys go. Just to make the practice squad is such an achievement, and I bet they all still feel part of it. I love that they often tell the guys that get cut not to give up because you never know when they'll be needed, or even recommend them to other teams.

Thier number one rival since the first game when they upset the bears with tarkenton coming off bench throwing three tds a rivalry was born. We didn’t become rivals with gb until mid 80s in old nfc central our second rival actually was Tampa bay. What we did to bears Tampa did to us creating a rivalry in late 70s. Detroit been a hot mess so long nice to see them finally turn corner. Be interesting to see Chicago and Minnesota in that first Game each with teams on cusp looking to challenge gb for second in nfc north I don’t see anyone unseating lions I have them advancing to nfc title game against Rams.
