Kevin does not realize the damage he did to his reputation in this interview. 1. No due diligence because he allowed himself to be bought and paid for. 2. He was evasive when questioned as to SBF’s role in the fraud. I believe he was trying to protect himself from litigation with his comments. A great CEO salesman once told me the best and easiest person to sell to is a salesman. He got sold big time! It will be interesting to see if and how he will recover his reputation from this one.

Ah, the woke logic that associates anything with racism, transphobia, etc. A little more effort and you could have stretched it to transphobia too lol.. but it makes more sense to think that it is done because if there are legal problems, like there are being now, it is more likely to be compensated if the company is in your own country under the regulations that are more familiar with the investor rather than a foreign country on which filling a lawsuit is more complicated or impossible.
@roji556
@roji556 2 жыл бұрын
America/American isn't a race, it's a nationality, therefore it isn't racism. Kevin's also invested in the largest Canadian crypto exchange. It's also not a bad idea to invest in your home country rather than abroad and in fact, basically everyone agrees now after the COVID pandemic and Russia-Ukraine war and some instability in China that perhaps it is better to invest at home rather than abroad or at the very least to invest in America. There's a reason TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductors) and Intel are both expanding chip production on American soil. Or why those within the European Union are investing in themselves more than previously. The fact that you're trying to boil down complex geopolitical situations to nationalism or racism without understanding what companies and investors (including Kevin) are talking about shows a lack of understanding in my opinion since I don't think you're being malicious. It is always better to invest in relatively stable areas of the world, which happens to be the West (plus some Southeast Asian countries, Japan, and India) currently, if the cost-benefit analysis checks out with the benefits outweighing the cost.

Answer is...yes. Everything being spent on Kevin,other celebs,YT shills,Superbowl ads, arenas, penthouses,island real estate, political/PR donations,all expenses, etc. were transferred out of customer accounts. That's all they ever had. Other peoples money. If they had netted anything from 'trading' (illegally)w/ customers funds they would not have had to declare bankruptcy. They could have kept those net gains. Unless caught. Kevin is using SBF's ploy. All us sharks/brilliant investors are now 'idiots'!! For getting caught up in a classic example of a Ponzi. Well, which is it? You can't have it both ways. I'm sure caught bankrobbers feel like idiots too.This is pitiful to watch. SBF is brilliant. On another level. Its simple. O'Leary and other institutional investors were greedy and wanted to be on the inside track (he said that as much) to make a ton of money. He was going to greatly magnify his gains by being a spokesperson to reel more people in and hey get paid for that too. As to due diligence, he and the institutional investors didnt do much and he just joined in on the feeding frenzy to get SBF's attention. As to where the money went, a LOT went to pay influencers like him, Wall St and influencers on youtube. Classic pyramid scheme. The rest, SBF squandered on his private excesses. All those big ballers rely on someone's due diligence in 80% of their investments if they diversify. Just physically you cant know it all and follow all trends + on top of that make correct decisions. Just think how many big investors put money in Bitcoin for the sake of diversifying even being skeptical themselves in crypto. And then they had to pump it up with public speaking.
