Enjoyed the discussion about Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese climates influencing styling of their bonsai. Just two experienced guys talking, one working and explaining what he is doing and why. One of the best episodes sofar. Thank you!

We were lucky enough to be visiting Herons Bonsai from Devon the day you were filming KEVIN Willson working on your trees. We had a wonderful day with you and Kevin We walked all around Herons for several hours we could not believe how Lovely you and your team have made Herons into a wonderful place If you have not been to Herons we can highly recommend that you visit them. There shop has everything that you would need for your Bonsai’s

Please continue with these Yew series. I have the +20yr old yew bushes with massive nabari that I dream about turning to Bonsai one day. (maybe 20 years from now and lots more experience haha) This makes it feel possible

One of the founding members of the Columbus Bonsai Society, Max Puderbaugh, had a beautiful Informal Upright Scot's Pine. It's silhouette was the logo for the Columbus Bonsai Society for years, until upon Max's passing some young upstart decided to change the logo. Max's wife donated the tree, along with several others from his collection to Franklin Park Conservatory, and within a few years they managed to kill them all. Several of us from the CBS were quite irked about that, especially since the Conservatory had refused our offers to help them care for his Bonsai.

_THANK YOU_ .... 🙏 😔 🙏 Dr. Chan, another video so full of information and knowledge that it will require several viewings. Kevin knows so much, thanks to him for sharing. It was interesting seeing him doing a demonstration and the young lady filming. I hope to visit at least once. I heard you say something I have been thinking for several years. The burning, it is bad. I think for some reason the UV effects have intensified. This year the evaporation rate is up, but there is more dust in our sky here? We do live in interesting times. I think someone had a birthday recently. 😊HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎂 😊. And if I am wrong, well, still,... 😊HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎂 😊❗❗❗ 🙏 🖖 🙏 😔 🙏

Always impressive to see the trust it takes that the end result be agreeable. Considering the seemingly repetitive nature of some of the tasks, there never seems to be an end to the different styles or visions people manage to achieve - when I just struggle to keep my trees properly watered. It'd be interesting though to see how some of these impressive trees would be displayed in more formal settings. I know the the block benches are economical and the Wisley Bonsai walk has some individual post examples, but what are some of the more interesting display options that Peter has installed or otherwise come across in his travels?

Once again great video, I'm looking forward to the "Toronto visit to Edwards Gardens" video. It was great meeting you and look forward to another visit. I enjoyed watching Kevin and your banter about YEWS. Also I tried air layering junipers on my property using one of your video as guidence (kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpetkJqbfbyoe5I). Keep up the great work boys.

He does like to make cuts, a lot. I think he just does the ones in the videos quickly to demonstrate some of the techniques. The older trees he has made over time look really nice. There aren't a lot of KZbin bonsai channels based in the UK can you recommend some? American videos grate on me after a while.
