@KevinPalkoArmwrestling Haha, it was great. I love that stuff. I'm not a competitive arm wrestler. I just love the sport and I've been training for about a year on my own. Which is why i ask you (and others) a bunch of questions. But, this type of competitive banter reminds me of going up against one of your conference rivals in amateur wrestling. A little competitive banter will get you fired up before & during the match. P.s. I love the trick you suggested with the piece of wood in the rice bucket. That has really improved my training. I always try to strengthen my weaknesses. So yea, cup is getting stronger. Tips for getting stronger inside, just pull inside all day at practice. Sorry if that ain’t much help lol
