When episode one came out, my daughter was six. She insisted that we buy Jar-Jar t-shirts to wear to the theater on opening day. I wanted a Darth Maul shirt but that got vetoed. How cool is it to have a daughter who was as much a hard core Star Wars fan as I was as a kid? So, we love the prequels, regardless of how good or bad they were. I was at her house the other day and she still has that Jar-Jar shirt from 1999. Now she has a six year old daughter and we are insanely excited for episode IX. I’m probably going to wearing a shirt with a frickin’ porg on it, but that’s a small price to pay to have three generations of Star Wars fans together for Rise of Skywalker. 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

My father and I have been to see each and every one of these 10 films in the theater since I was 9 years old. In December we will see the last film in the skywalker saga. Number 11... The Rise of Skywalker. My father, now 73, has been battling prostate cancer recently and I'm so thankful that we will have this moment together again. It has been for us a long time father and son tradition... He and I had talked about the question of how would you end this saga? We both agreed... You would end it with the droids. R2D2 and C3PO. If you think it about it all this wonderful story, Star Wars... Is the story of the droids, all they have seen and been a part of. It has been their adventure through time and space. I hope.. I pray... That JJ goes there with this film because, this whole time we have been able to bear witness to amazing creativity.. These stories that captured our imagination and given us great joy... We, the fans in all actuality... We are the droids... We witnessed it all. It's now a part of OUR story too. I am a Jedi, like my father before me... I will see him in the theater on December 20th once again. It is our destiny.... LOL! May the force be with us... Always.

@@dorkknight86 i agree its a shit way to present a reaction. you have to think about the method of communication- in this case, its impaired. it's not direct and genuine. if you look at what the purpose of this video is: a reaction, its for his fans to gauge his facial response and occasional verbal reaction to the video. but instead he talks OVER the video consistently about ancillary things that actually DISTRACTS HIM from what he's watching. therefore its not a genuine or real reaction-his mind isn't relaxed and able to absorb what he's seeing. and to respond to your "personal time" comment-he would no doubt be going to cinemas to watch movies too, so if he was talking to his best friend next to him throughout the whole movie, even if it was whispering- it would disrupt everyone around him. so no that wouldn't be okay.
