I always liked Kevin Sorbo and his wife who played in many scenes in Hercules. I liked the part where she played the half deer, half woman, that was soo cool ! I bought the whole series so I could watch it even after it ended. It was a good clean show with Humor, Adventure and Respect . It taught that no matter how different peoples views and opinions are, there is always a solution as long as people are willing to work together. Kevin Sorbo has proven to be the ROSE AMONG THORNS when it comes to Hollywood. These people are true down to earth people who care about the more important things like values . Hollywood NEVER cared about values and never had any values it has become more evident through the years. Hollywood is producing less family style movies and more disrespectful , Nasty, negative, perverse and disgusting material and pushing it on the public as if people really want to see and hear the garbage. Thank you Sorbo family for standing up for what is good and right in this dark world.

I do agree that we do need more positive, feel-good movies. But it has nothing to do with religion. You don't need God to know right and wrong, I am an Atheist and I can tell the difference. And if you think religion somehow prevents perversion or sexual assault, just ask the thousands of child alter boys how that's going...

You think you're atheist but you live in a society that was heavily influenced by Christianity. It's laws and social standards were founded on faith in the Bible. Been a fan of KS since Hercules but Dylan Hunt was my favorite. Andromeda suffered in its final season, and I used to regret that; but knowing the Luciferian direction the writer (Robert Hewett Wolfe, IIRC) was going to take it, maybe it's for the best. Still, that show laid the groundwork for character templates that would later populate the Battlestar Galactica remake, Stargate, Farscape, and a lot more terrific shows before computers did ALL THE WORK. Sorbo's portrayal of men of principle were the heart and soul of his productions. And it's more than great to see him still at it! Best of luck to him and Sam!

Luciferian direction? NEVER hear this! I don't doubt this, but what would that have meant for the show? I remember at the time it was Kevin Sorbo who got the flak for the show ending - claiming he was on an ego trip and was trying to "take over" and usurp the producers. Makes sense in hindsight.

DawnOf Dave88 . The point is, many people, including myself, want UPLIFTING AND INSPIRING movies. Not just that but movies well written, intelligent, and even witty. Hollywood cranks out the same stuff: violent, revenge-filled, hate for Christians, expletive-laced, and comic book based movies. I, for one, am tired of anti-heroes. Same old! Same old! Yes, we people are multi-dimensional or as a famous psychologist once said, "we are a bundle of contradictions". A hero could be a blend of many things if the character is written with a lot of thought put into it. Old Hollywood used to produce so many beautiful gems so it is a disappointment that Modern Hollywood has gone down the toilet. Sure, there are a few good films here and there but they are becoming scarcer or, if one happens to be lucky, stumbles upon a modern gem. We need originality like there used to be. Now Hollywood got more predictable and boring recycling the same old as though its creativity has stopped. Or has it? Plus with the sequels, some getting ridiculous from the original source, sometimes are also an embarrassment. We, the film lovers, ought to sock Hollywood in the pockets to get what we demand.

There are no perfect people, but that doesn't mean there aren't decent people. Anti heroes don't even try. They just do a few good deeds and think it makes up for all the awful things they've done, because they're still self absorbed. the character in the film is very flawed, but he changes, he doesn't accept his flaws, but fights them. That's heroic.

Pardon me, trying to fight all your flaws is stupid, why cause it’s impossible to be completely perfect. I have some flaws that I can actually use cause it’s better to be selfish and happy than selfless and unhappy. Some people are too selfless and focus on pleasing others instead of putting themselves first and they suffer from it have you ever heard “the people that make more people laugh are usually the loneliest ones” or something like that they try too much to please everyone that they forget about pleasing themselves. So yeah I might be a little too selfish but it’s for my happiness. People need to stop relying on others and be more independent. It’s ok to be nice but not overly selfless. It’s ok to be humble but not a overly humble. Plus anti heroes make more sense. I would do things just for money a lot of times hell if I had superpowers I wouldn’t safe people out of the blue I would actually tell countries to pay me and stuff.
