Either they should've brought up this issue earlier in the season or waited till next one to have them bringing it up again and eventually break up (if they wanted to stick to this storyline)

Kevin and Zoe both are damaged, but not beyond repair. They both can bring something to each other that others cannot and have not given them. I never thought it was fair for Beth to try to interfere with their relationship, well-meaning as she might have been. Love hurts at times. When it doesn't, you're dead.

I completely agree with you on this especially now since we know why Zoe was the way she was with men in general and staying clear of any meaningful relationship. Beth really had no reason to say that especially if she knew about what happened to Zoe as a child. Sexual abuse is with that person forever and YES it affects future relationships. At the end of the day it takes the right person to make you want to break the walls down no mater what events you suffer through in your life. Kevin is that for Zoe and she chose not to lose him. A beautiful love story for sure IMO.

If I am being honest, I really don’t understand their dynamic. I’m not saying it isn’t sweet or adorable. I just don’t get it. I see it more as Kevin pursuing something that seems impossible because he believes in he best of people the same way Jack did. If that’s the point, then...okay.

I don't think his relationship with zoe is impossible, it's complicated yes, but that's not a good reason to give up if you're in love with someone. She's not playing with his feelings, she has a horrible past and she's trying to deal with it as best as possible (and considering what she's been through, she's way more ahead than most people with trauma)

@@Giuliaedits Yes perfectly stated, everything about them is real and they do balance each other out. Kevin is like his mom in this relationship with Zoe. His mom had to be the same with Jack because he was so guarded and private, she loved him deeply no matter what. Now Kevin is the one being there for Zoe, allowing her to embrace what he is giving to her. In the past his relationships were easy which is why he never really changed for the better. Now he is with someone who makes him be a better person because Zoe has so many walls she has to tear down. All worth it in the end which is why both are in love with the other.

Zoe & Kevin should have been the couple to get married and have twins. But the racist writers has to give into our racist society who still wants interracial relationships/marriage to be a BIG TABOO. I don’t want to offend anyone, I’m just keeping it real. I’ve watched so many of these shows and the end result was always the same. Sure they want to give the impression that things have gotten better by letting them be in relationships but they almost never have a clear uncut happy ending.

I disagree. While they tackled being in an inter racial relationship earlier on in the season, their relationship was more than that. These two really grew in that short amount of time and I liked the fact that she decided to be child free because most shows/movies show that in the end the woman changes her mind. I liked that. I don't think you can blanket it all on 'racism' , although there is a huge problem with the potrayal of these relationships, thor/valkyrie, bonnie/damon , michelle jones and peter, so I get it BUT I am happy with this storyline and the writers.
