Great Video Kevin & Corrie! I have the identical 277 Cobia. I love that boat. I only wish I was close enough to the Bahamas to do some really cool adventures like you guys do. I hail out of Bethany Beach, DE.
@KevinandCorrie3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! You should tow that boat down and plan for Bimini. If the water is good, you keep going further into the Bahamas. Worst case, if the water is bad, you turn around and spend a week in the Florida Keys instead :)

Another awesome video. So glad to see that blue dot next to your channel. I know clear water can be deceiving, but dang that looked really shallow.

Haha, it definitely was. I'm not used to running in water anywhere near that skinny, lots of anxiety going through there.

Cool vid. Did you stop by the Red Bay settlement on the west side? It's where they make all that awesome stuff with woven reeds; baskets and so on. I've gone from the north end of Andros to Joulter Cays a few times, it's like that, you've got to stay to the dark water. But that route's a lot shallower than the one you took in this video. I have a friend from there who claims to have waded the whole 12 or so miles without getting his neck wet!

Were you planning your route using the drone? I saw some sticks marking a channel at one point, did they cover much of the passage or just that one spot? Did you follow a channel on your GPS? I ask because that route could be convenient, but then I see your drone footage, and say NO WAY. Wondering if you recommend it with GPS but without the drone?

KevinandCorrie got stuck in uk august last year then caught covid in May this year and can’t fly for another month but I’ll get back - been nightmare year, but I’m alive and well so I’m grateful. On the music choice I look forward to the six year old ripping me for my music in the future.
