I think he means about andy getting sick with the flu as when winter comes he gets sick and loses weight so his immune system isnt as strong as normal. He then doesn't go to school and b4 as they had problems with him with going to school as a result of staying out sick then he realised he didn't have to go and his anxiety clicked in
