We dealing with an iconic character that can move at like 70 mph run, loaded with the latest hardware and software and has a near century of skills and experience. And what do they have him do. He was basically just a beefed up regular enemy. He should have been a multi stage cinematic event taking place in, around, and on arasaka tower. Should have had a fight that basically spanned night city. Have the people you helped in side quests help you out. Like the fight has been brought outside and is rolling through the streets, then boom, here comes some of those AI guys limos launching off an overpass into smasher.

Here is the thing with Adam Smasher. The man was born in NYC which in the cyberpunk lore is a hellhole, Adam did as many of the young bloods did and joined a gang then went into the marines then was discharged or kicked out of the marines went back to NYC and back to the gangs. Then during one job he gets hit with a RPG, gets turned in ground beef but survives. Then arasaka approaches him in the hospital and offer to turn him into a full borg. Adam gleefully accepts no hesitation. The man was psycho before becoming a cyborg so he wasn’t really affected by cyberpsychosis. Also any job by arasaka he takes, must have a high degree of violence and civilian casualties, he willing takes jobs were he can kill civilians. He isn’t even human anymore. His Full borg body is also heavily customized by him so he is beyond any cyborg in the cyberpunk world. But the man actual had a girlfriend who was the arasakas founders daughter.
