Arthur Clarkson absolutely, ive heard so many covers of this, he does it justice and he just uses a piano sound. It's as if his voice is the synth pads from the original version and it replaces them!

Hi Kevin - I enjoyed this very much. I did a (crappy) version of this song on my Fostex 4-Track cassette deck, using a Korg DSS-1 as the synth (which I still have). The 'high energy' version of this Alphaville song played this morning from my 'wakeup mix' MP3's, where I decided I would re-visit and re-do the cover I did years ago -- and then I see this from you, and it comes full circle.
