What a fabulous spread. Your quiche looks delicious but I was a little skeptical about the coronation quiche. Kevin, you have no idea how much you inspire people to elevate their homes and bring it up to the next level. I'm working on my dining room and I've promised myself that I will eat at least one meal a week in there with the good china, silver, candles and flowers. I'm going to start enjoying what I have rather than saving it for company. I don't know where I learned that mindset but after watching you enjoy your lovely home and actually using the good stuff for yourself, it was a wake up call. Thank you for letting us have a peek into what elegant living can look like.

Loved it all, as usual! I don't know if there's one near you, but we make a monthly run to a Middle Eastern grocery store to buy tahini, feta cheese, fig jam, spices, and various other things. The quality is higher, and the prices are lower! How can you loose? Not to mention, they are usually locally owned so you're benefitting your neighbors. Thanks as always for making the world a better place.

Love the recipes in this segment! I'm always surprised at how many types of pesto can be made. I've even used fennel fronds, which is a light and fresh version. This one with chives looks so easy. And I love the idea of mixing Greek yogurt in hummus. So much more creamy that way. It's always fun when you take us on field trips, too!

I love your recipes and presentations are so elegant. My parents were from the middle east and i grew up eating hummus, made from scratch. I cook the chickpeas usually 1 lb at a time and freeze what i dont use in bags and pull them out for soups or to add to pasta recipes. If you're a lemon lover,which I believe you are, add lemon zest to the hummus as it gives great zing! Happy spring

gorgeous as always! I am making hummus today inspired by you, and turkey patty burgers; and meatballs with sauce for tomorrow with the rest. Need to be frugal and practical! I never made a quiche. I’ve done all sorts of frittatas and baked thick frittatas without crusts :) so making a coronation quiche or other kind of quiche will be an overdue experience for me. I think I will make this on the day too but skip beans ( I don’t have those and do bacon instead.) Maybe coronation chicken too even if its mot on the menu. Its once in our lifetime to see this!!! Your videos enlighten me no matter what. I binge watch them on bad days and they always make me feel better. Thanks Kevin for doing this. My daughter recently was diagnosed with a severe allergy to gluten. I would appreciate one episode with some yummy no-gluten flour. I can make them for her family and then share the recipes with her husband - my wonderful "son-in-love" (he's better than just a son-in-law, who does the cooking most of the time. Thank you for the consideration you might give my request, I love your episodes. I particularly love so much about your episodes. you try to substitute healthy things rather than chips. Good idea and I love red peppers. I do NOT like green peppers - too strong, I love your love of history with recognition of holidays and special events with recipes to commemorate whatever special event is coming up. I love your love of planting, as I do, too. But still, I learn a lot from you. So, I'm thanking you - yet again, but well - worth the gratitude.
