I've always been buying top tier flagships and was going to get the S10 last summer until the Galaxy A70 suddenly caught my eye on some random page. Keep in mind the cheapest S10E which I was thinking of costs about 830$ here in Norway at the time, but I got the A70 for 165$... Now it was a super special offer where a store took off 200$ off any phone purchase for signing up for a carrier I was supposed to sign for anyway. BUT Point is, the first phone I really loved was the S7 Edge and moving from that to this "mid-tier" was scary, but it's SO DANG GOOD. Battery is unbelievable and I'm a superheavy user clocking in about 9 hour active usetimes every day but it still goes all the way

Just got the One UI 2.0 and Android 10 update for my Galaxy A70 and the experience has gotten even better. I guess I'm gonna hold-off on upgrading till the Galaxy A72 comes around. 😎 P.S. If I was just buying a phone right now and have to choose between the two, I'd definitely go for the Galaxy A71 for its better processor, better AMOLED Screen, camera improvements, that hole-punch camera cut-out, and, of course, the fact that it ships Android 10 with One UI 2.0 out of the box which sorta future-proofs it in terms of future Android updates than the A70.

Hey Kevin, a great video would be a comparison between A51 and A70 (including camera comparison) as they have similar prices. It's interesting to note that the charging speed is faster in a71, the a71 can reach to 50% in 30 min while the a70 just 44 or 45% in 30 min, also a71 can be fully charged in 1 h and 20 min while a70 1 h and 40 min although they have same wattage capacity charger. Edit: you got a new subscriber♥️

Another great video dude. Can you do one comparing phones around the 600$ price range in terms of overall user experience? I mean there's a lot of phones with cool looking specs available in the range but I'm not sure if all of them will be as good in real life long term use. Funny thing is I am more excited about the midrange phones, than the top notch. Samsung is in the game and Oneplus is out at least the year to come 😁 so know it is Samsung A71 vs IPhone Se 2020 vs upcoming Google pixel 4a. I love the A71 but I had to return it because it has a green tint on a grey background between 0-20% brightness in the dark. Pretty specific problem but still bothered the hell out of me. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have been using the A71 for a week and it's the best phone I had ever have, I do not find any bad thing on it, except the face recognition that is very bad but I don't really use it

@@nier_gard9236 it's very good, I don't use the facial recognition anymore, the only bad thing I'd say is that is a bit hard to use the phone on multi window mode and a thing that I don't like the wide Camara in interiors, it's very blurry but it's still a very good phone and the battery lasts like 12 to 14 hours and charges really fast, you can turn off your phone 30 minutes and do something and when you come back half of the battery will be charged and it'll last 3 or 4 hours, also even if you'd think that the fact that it's made of glastic is bad, for me, I like it more, my last phone was of metal, and when it's hot the phone burned and when it's cold it's freezing, and the rainbow that it does is beautiful, really amazing design

I think samsung has ufs 2.1 too, i'm own a71 but my friend has a70, i do tested both in androbench and the scored is really simillar, because if u checked it on gsmarena only a70 comes with ufs 2.0 in their specsheet but a50/s and a80 had ufs 2.1 and also samsung a70s had ufs 2.1 .. i think it's just a miss typing

If you have the Galaxy A70 then there is probably no need to upgrade to this one. Just wait and see what the future Galaxy A72 will bring to its feature list. I am holding on to my Galaxy A70. It's pretty good enough for me. Will wait and see the if the Samsung Galaxy A72 will make me want to upgrade.
