I got the A70 back in August for like $240 flat on Amazon. I have Tmobile and it's been a kickass phone. I used to be those meatheads who buy the most expensive phone on the market, but ever since flagship phones hit the $1k mark, I've stopped. A70 is no joke, if you can snag the A71 go for it !

I would choose a70 over a51.. The snapdragon 675 is noticeably faster and more stable than exynos 9611 and a70 also has a faster charger and better battery life and most important to me a bigger display 6.7''. That's my opinion.

I just bought the A70 renewed because of the cheaper price, I'm perfectly happy with it, and it's a major upgrade to my old J7 second gen. Plus it does work with Verizon prepaid.

It seems like for the sake of planned obsolescence and yearly profit upgrade the quality of cameras are deliberately lowered. Cause the game of photos is all in processing the megapixels are already out of fashion.

Using the A70 now and it's been great and it's about time to upgrade but I think I'm gonna wait until the A91 comes out with the SD 855 & 8gb of ram most everything else looks on par with the A71 besides the camera. Great comparison video.👍🏼

With those specs right there with that benchmark those in the real world make minimal difference. Because I have a cheap LG K50s metropcs & I also have the S10+ thru Verizon. Doing most things that I do I actually prefer to use the LG it seems more user-friendly if you're doing anything very serious the S10+ is more beneficial but 8 out of 10X the LG is fine, imo these phones are so overpowered it's almost useless.. it's not the fact that you need these phones so powerful it's the marketing & everyone buys into it🤔🙄. Both look like good phones. i think i'd prefer the A71 due to the cameras. Speed wise they are pretty close. I tired the benchmark app you mentioned but i can't get it to show like it does when you do it. I don't know what i'm doing wrong.

My Galaxy A70 is still working pretty well for me and it has been with me for barely a year (I bought mine in May of 2019) but I am planning on upgrading to the Galaxy A71 in a month or two.

no bro don't upgrade no speed or any difference except cam you should wait 90hz 144hz touch & atleast 12gig ram because 8gb just wont cut it because software is crap.. believe me its crap sp much spyware adware & surveillance they friggin even monitor which areas you touch when you 're waiting impatiently I have to physically clear this crap if you have quad soc amoled don't get rid of it because it will perform more clean & serve you better in coming years specially htc models

The android 10 update on the A70 completely ruined my phone and I have to get a new one. Even after downgrading to Android 9 my phone still had huge problems with charging and heating up. It wouldn’t connect to the charger and my phone would heat up a lot without me even using the phone while charging that if it charged (installed an app to monitor the temperature of the phone and it would go up to 39°C). I’m thinking about getting the A71.

A70 start with Android 9 A71 with Android 10. As we all kmow Samsung will deliver only 2 major systemupdate. This mean the A71 will last longer due to tjis fact. Hopefully Samsung will copy the software upgrade lifespan from Apple too and not only the Price.

A71 is not worth the extra 80 dollars or so. Also the notch design on the A70 looks better than A71. Though strangely the A51 notch looks better than A50. Maybe because the front camera lense is much smaller

Your "analysis" of the megapixels are kinda bs though... You have a point but of course you"ll still loose quality when zooming digitally and having too many megapixels. Otherwise, why would Galaxy 20/20+ only have 12 MP main cameras? Too many megapixels, especially in already small phone sensors, generate noise and is really bad in low ligh. The reasons aren't particularly fancy technically, just Google it if you want an explanation
