So how do you reconcile both clicking on that statement at min 4:55 that "all contacts being imported are expecting to hear from me... I have a prior relationship with this contact and have emailed them at least once.. etc" and then later (around min 6) contacting someone "new" on that import list (Ginger) who doesn't know you sell donuts that she might want?

The edge is that you can store leads, manage and track conversions, communicate with potential clients, automate follow up emails, track lead lifecycle, forecast and report all one on platform. It's pretty streamlined as opposed to just using Excel and email. And if you think about it, literally every sector of the business can work on this platform, from sales teams, to operations and customer service.
