I didn't test it but I suspect you've shared a window (application) instead of the entire desktop.. as ZoomIt is another application, people won't see it if you are sharing only the window for "powerpoint.exe" for example..

Hi Kevin, The biggest problem I have is knowing exactly what the other members see on their screens. Of course, when I present (with the up arrow), they see the same screen as me. But I typically have a two screen setup, and what can I do if I wanted to annotate on the "non-presenting" screen. That is, suppose I am not presenting, but I am speaking to the group? Can I annotate, for example, draw a mustache on one of the other members? Annotation only works when I am the actual presenter, right?

Hey Kevin, recently subscribed to your channel. Thanks for sharing these videos, these are really helpful. One thing I like about your videos is that you cover generic questions that we as end user seek answers for. I have been wondering how to annotate screen in MS Teams, and this video would help me a lot. However I have one question, can I annotate a screen that is being shared by other participant over the Teams meeting? Zoom allows the annotate feature within the app, I just wanted to check if ZoomIt would allow the same in MS teams meetings? OR this only allows to annotate over the screen I share myself over Teams meeting but not other participants?

I would love to see a video on moving data from Excel to PowerPoint. I have every big excel data sheet with loads of different fields. The idea it to auto sum each field to reflect in the PowerPoint as well. When I use auto sum in excel the first field works then I select the next category and do the same it does not update anymore. So I filter items and next to that field is how many items i have in stock. I want to filter an item in excel and then every time I update the file I want the sum to appear in powerpoint. This must work for every item. Is this possible?

I don't know how much general interest there'd be, but a video on using one form (or multiple forms showing simultaneously?) to fill in multiple SharePoint lists would be interesting. A follow up video on using Power Query to read/analyse multiple SharePoint lists could be useful. I keep running into SharePoint lists that would work much better as multiple flat files (ex dates, rooms, meetings, attendees), but you'd need some sort of combination form for most users to easily enter the data.

Hi Kevin, Thank you so much for this video. I’ve tried the ZoomIT app and these functions are really cool. I have one important question: is it possible to use multiple functions one after other without having the previous one disappeared? For example: drawing tool and inserting rectangle tool. My problem is that after I press Esc to change from an annotation tool to another one, my previous annotation disappears though it would be more practical to keep them all. If ZoomIT does not allow it don’t you know any alternative app that does?
