Thanks for sharing your knowledge! I am tasked with adding an excel document option as a signature. My peers and I must send to our boss an End-of-Day report, and I believe there is a way to just click "signatures", and choose the report title, and have it appear in the body of the new email, with the email address(es) of the recipient(s) already populated, and a date within the document which can be made current by hovering and choosing "update". You really seem to know your stuff, so I hope there is a way to do this. Thanks for the great content efforts within your videos!

I created a signature using Word. I used tables, etc and when I paste it into the signature it's perfect. It looks great in outlook. However, if I send my email to a Gmail account the signature moves all over the place and looks awful. Any tips?

I created a table for my email signature in both Word and an Outlook email. I copied and pasted it over to the email signature and it looks great, BUT whenever I send the message Outlook is stretching out the table so the proportions are off. Any advice? I would prefer not to copy as an image because some of the people I correspond with can only receive plain text. Thanks!

Kevin.. What about Email Signatures in the web. Does Outlook prefer a specific file format for displaying pictures and images? Outlook Desktop is fine. But when you copy and paste a signature created in desktop to outlook, you sometimes end up with Text or blanked out images with a little GIF in the corner. Perhaps a video to enlighten everyone on that would be another cool add to your library. Cheers.

Hi Kevin - can you look in to the Signature and issues with non desktop versions of Outlook, I know Microsoft has been working hard or solving these issues, but getting signatures working on the Web version and iOS versions use to be a pain.
