Dragonids seem to benefit from hero items alot. Ton of passive base stats and with good auras and attack rate from artifacts could make them really strong hero focused race.

Here from watching the kick vods, you should value picking the items/teleport ultimate higher, in the NE game you played it would have been very useful to powerup Tiny, the items are permanent, it's a large part of what made the panda SU so strong that time you were playing kul tiras.
