How does it work with kul'tiras tower upgrades? Most of them have charges. Does that mean they're strong when defending, and then they ran out when reaching the enemy base?

Hypothetically, however, the amulet of vitality gives charges back every 15 seconds or so, meaning by the time they reach enemy base they have charges back

Kul'tiras is probably my least favourite race in OZ. Just very confusing upgrades
