For me, a lot of times when Outlook doesn't open especially in Win10 there is an instance stuck in task manager(grey icon). Ending the process in task manager and try again opening outlook. Works everytime

I have worked into different companies and what i notice the common issues they face is about Word,Excel, Powerpoint not responding or freezing. Sometimes repairing office365 or uninstalling works but not for all. Any recommendation of additional troubleshooting for this kind of issue?

It can be a bad image, window updates missing, add-ons, so many reasons why it doesn't work.
