Hi I can't sync my heart rate from fitbit charge 2 to starva reliably. It comes up as duplicate recordings some times when I press record on fitbit and strava. Seen somewhere that it works if you connect decides and only record on one device and it will sync but not working for me. Confused.

Hey Lilly, Yes, the workouts you perform with your Fitbit Versa can transfer directly to Strava. When you connect Fitbit and Strava, your Fitbit activities will automatically show up on Strava for all your friends to see. Pulled this up for you if it helps: To connect your Fitbit and Strava accounts: Visit strava.fitbit.com/ and tap or click Connect. Log in to your Strava account. When prompted, authorize Strava to connect to your Fitbit account and follow the on-screen instructions. Your Fitbit activities will appear on Strava, and runs and rides tracked with Strava will contribute to your all-day Fitbit stats.

Hey, Stefan! Oh no! If it’s not syncing through the method we tried above, how about this: 1. Log into Fitbit Log into your Fitbit dashboard and click Activities from the list. You might need to trawl a little bit as every single walking workout is recorded here - which typifies a reason why Fitbit users might want to use Strava in the first place. 2. View a workout In your Activity History, find a workout you want to export and click the View Detailsbutton, which reveals the full summary of your workout. That file must have GPS data to enable exporting. 3. Export In the upper right corner are three dots. Click these and choose to Export as TCX file from the resulting menu. 4. Head to Strava Head to the Strava dashboard, log in and head to the plus button in the top right. Click and choose Upload Activity and then choose File from the menu on the left. 5. Load your TCX file Click browse and upload the TCX file you just extracted from the Fitbit site - probably in your downloads folder. The run will then be loaded into your Strava stream.

Ah okay! Something else that’s worth trying is checking out your permissions in the Strava app (profile > setting > data permissions - make sure data permission is set to allowed). How’s that?
