Robotnik's To-Do list: 1) Break into a shed demanding where Sonic is. 2) Say Superstar twice 3) Say "Beansdays, Beansdays syadsnaeB" 4) Say Superstar Ultra 5) Tell Tails to "Tot to tale" 6) Place his long bombs into one of the robots, so sonic will never know into one of the robots, so sonic will never know into one of the robots, sonic will never know into one of the robots sonic will never no. 7) Yell "Om numb" into a telephone receiver. 8) Declare it time to launch his Pingas. 9) Become self-consious of himself. 10) Ask a rethorical question about the questionablity of Memes. 11) Answer his own question. 12) Question the plausiblity of this video. 13) Admit he does not know why either. 14) Re-Inhale his own super freeze breath. 15) List words that sound simular to "Rapscalion." 16) Go "ReeR" 17) Receive news so malciously marvelous that he clones himself by smiling alone. 18) Become confused by the strange chanting of a demonic turtle with his newfound clone. 19) Realise and demand to know how he got to the middle of the *OTION!* 20) Sing a song gloating about how Sonic is unable to stop him from taking over Mobius. 21) Ask the Audience how many times did he say "that" and admit he does not know. 22) Swap universes and designs suddenly and without noticing it. 23) Get inturupted by Sonic As he is telling him not to interupt him. 24) Become furious over being interupted. 25) Gloat as usual at sonic. 26) Swap back to the regular universe and designs. 27) Activate The program to Cause Grounder to Break. 28) Clone himself and Tails while removing the previous verious of either of them rapidly. 29) Yell "Stupow" 30) Yell "StuPINGAS" as a joke. 31) Recieve praise for said joke with a confident tone. 32) Make his Moustash coat his face in ink and attempt to pull it out. 33) Educate the audience how to properly pronounce "Machop." 34) Explain to Sonic that there is still lots of other stuff they need to wait for. 35) Use his Mean bean machine on a gorilla. 36) Do an animation loop gag with his butt. 37) Tell his nincombots that in 6 hours that the "DIUUGHH" will be "SHOEW" 38) Explain how much money the redesign of the Sonic Movie Sonic will need in a very vauge sense. 39) Have his nincombots cut the monitors. 40) Continue to clone himself and Tails rapidly after the video had ended.

1:04 I love this technique of having characters speak in time to music. Trying to make a YTPMV sounds intimidating to me, but this feels like something I could do.

I'd recommend using a video editor that will let you use a beats & measures based timeline. Something like Vegas Pro. I was using VideoPad for this, and... it could have been better.
