See several comments about equipment, guitars, pedals and the like. This isn't about what it says on the headstock. I believe there is a story that goes something like this. Chet Atkins was in the studio and someone compliments him on how good his "GUITAR" sounded. He took it off, set it down, unplugged and replied, "How does it sound now?" It's not about the gear people. You could have given Ansel Adams a Polaroid and one exposure and he would have made an image that would have stood the test of time. GC2 is an ARTIST inside and out. Plain and simple. To the 20 who gave this a thumb's down. I suggest you get to an audiologist soon.

totaly agree i have dear and cheap guitars ,,, my fav sound comes from a Vintage SG copy ,,, with puks changed thats all
@jamesrae993910 жыл бұрын
i have always worked on ,, refine your art then worry about how dear your shit is ,,the people who write that stuff usually cant play for shit ,,,thinking the more expensive the gear the better they play WRONG ,,,,,
@swimjim401210 жыл бұрын
I agree that there is a difference between someone who's an "artist inside and out" and someone who isn't. But to an extent, the gear does make a difference. If Gary Clark Jr. played a guitar with one string he could only be so good. It's he who uses the tools of the trade the best and produces a solid product that gets noticed. Ansel Adams, along with any average Joe, can go take a landscape shot with a polaroid and they most certainly won't produce anything of quality, but with more tools you have more options and you can be more creative. So yeah, it's not the tools, it's how the artist uses the tools.

I will be lucky enough to see him in Central Park NYC this summer.
