Dude. It's so wild how huge Flamingosis has gotten to me. I remember back in the day when Chillhop Records started and I was mod over at the yt livestream and got to hang with him, Brock Berrigan, Birocratic and all the OG's. Seeing him live in Denver solo at a packed af club while he was upstage beatboxin. Fuckin love me some Flamingosis

I went to a Brock show in the backroom of a bar in NYC right before the pandemic, Birocratic and Flamingosis were in the small crowd of like 30 people literally right next to me. It was a night I'll never forget. Such a huge fan of these guys.

Wow, I used to listen Flamingosis on soundcloud and I remember I discovered it while listening to lofi playlists here in KZbin. I always figured it like some dude alone with his computer doing some nice mixes. Seeing it now on live is really good.

I've been a fan since 2016/17 if I remember correctly. In the spawn of those years and a little before that Flamingosis made absolutely unforgettable lofi standards like Football Head, a lot of great mixtapes (Mood Provider Vol. 3 is one of the, if not the best genre fussing mixtape I've ever heard) ... They made one of my favorite songs, Sweet Chocolate... they just dropped a great album (who in here was with us during the livestream a few weeks ago?), now this... They broke every conceivable expectation from what it was initially supposed to be just one more name in the chillhop/lofi/vaporwave ride... they went far and beyond. And I'm guessing this is just the beginning. After the release of Sweet Chocolate I saw a Khruangbin level of fame potential here. And live performances are going to be now essential if that's ever going to happen.

Flamingosis is the truth, happy to see the success he’s had. Flight of the flamingo was one of the first songs of his I heard, great album. Also, Drew Sayers is one smooth sax player, also plays in the band The Motet which is a fantastic funk band.
