Does all the surgeons in your practice do drainless tucks? Do you include muscle repair with pannulectomy? If additional work is needed can do you collect from insurance and have patient pay the difference? I have lost 70 pounds and loose skin shelf. Saddle bags and need upper bleph can this be done at same time ? How long after consultation is surgery? My out of pocket is met for the year. You and Dr Fortes do amazing work. Very natural! Dr P, I had lipo in December. Surgeon said I didn’t have enough extra skin to do a tuck. But my midline seperated. One natural birth. I don’t like it. I want a round 2 360 lipo including my upper back, AND a tuck to close my abdominal recti muscles. You do a GORGEOUS tummy tuck. Can you still do it if I don’t have loads of extra skin? I have some extra, but not tons. Do you tighten the outer obliques?
