Hi do you use a water bath? Every time I make a cheesecake and don’t use a water bath my crust is extremely hard.

Hi, I don't use a water bath for this recipe because I bake it low and slow. I've made it several times and haven't run into a hard crust.

Can we use condensed milk instead of the sugar? Or will that make it too liquidy?

I haven't tested the recipe with condensed milk so I cannot say if it would/wouldn't work.
