The Geno 500th goal was very special for me. That was my 3rd ever NHL game that I had ever attended....but it was my first ever game at the PPG in Pittsburgh (was my son's first game in Pittsburgh as well). It was so fitting that it was Crosby getting the only assist on the goal (his 1600th career assist).

I just want consistency with the officiating. If your gonna call Geno’s slash there I’m fine with it but you better call it every time it happens cause it happens about 10 times a game.

Definitely not EK. I remember he cost the Pens two games at the end of the year effectively ending their playoff chance.
