bonsoir, merci pour toute ces infos, hier j ai regardé la vidéo avec mme goncalves . génial ! j ai une truffière d exception ici que je vais vendre, et ici aussi je vais devoir regarder la taxe de plu value ! bon bref de 150 je devrai passé à 250000 ; une maison en granite , une magnifique charpente , des tuiles , olivier chene liège , ( orange figue) eau elec ; du terrain , voisin hors de vue ! d avance merci ! j ai regardé la serra de estrela . You are welcome! You won´t loose half, but only a maximum of 1/4 of the profit. Half of the profit is taxed with a percentage between 14 and 48%.

Niet te volgen door slechte geluid met echo. Jammer 😢 Toch tip , investeer in betere microfoons met bontje voor de wind want op nieuwere videos is vaak ook geluid slecht of winderig geluid.
