The first movie is a flop, even with a big budget. But the second was amazing, fighting scene was shef kiss. All it takes is a director who knows what to do with the superhero genre.

For all that movie's flaws. It had so many amazing moments. The cliff dive henshin, Guyver vs Zoanoid failed guyver, A COMPETENT ON THE BALL government agent. For all the movie's shlock it had soem amazing suit and monster designs. wish we'd gotten a third one. Love yoru take on this theme because it is so very... VERY... .'here is the sum of your terrors.'

David Hayter who did the role of Sean/Guyver-01 in this improved sequel after doing the VA of Solid Snake for MGS1, and MGS2 was actually approached by New Line Cinema to reprise the role of Sean/Guyver-01 for a potential 3rd live-action American film adaptation and having loved playing the character in 2: Dark Hero agreed to reprise the role for the potential The Guyver 3 but pre-production issues pretty much insured actually getting it off the ground and into production/filming was going to hard to pull off, and by the time it seemed liked The Guyver 3 was finally going to begin production/filming New Line Cinema's rights to the manga/anime ran out meaning any chance of a third live-action American film adaptation picking up years after 2: Dark Hero happening was now 0%. And in an interview David stated that he was disappointed with how things concering The Guyver 3 turned out mostly cause he was really excited at the chance of getting to return the role of Sean/Guyver-01.

This is absolutely excellent. G2DH fans have been wanting Les Clay Pool III to release a soundtrack for years, this is absolutely the next best thing and sounds absolutely on point

Someone reached out to Les Clay Pool III years ago for a soundtrack, no word yet unfortunately , if its a rights issue he could just call the CD Dark Hero or something. I was Hoping there would be more covers on here but unfortunately not, this is absolutely one of the best covers i heard in a long time, absolutely on point and gives me chills
