All the grammar structures are normally found in books, but the phrasal verbs in the video can be used in any conversation perfectly no matter how informal it is.

No sooner will have I done the B2 exam than I'll get back to study inversions. Nowadays I have to focus on more simple grammar structures. By the wat, could you tell me whether the inversion is right? What I meant to say is that "as soon as I have done the B2 exam, I'll get back to study inversions.

@@theenglishspotlight3886 Why not "Make a point of doing sth"? Does it sound forced? Or how can I use this idiomatic expression? Make a point of doing sth(: to give one's attention to (doing something) to make sure that it happens She makes a point of treating her employees fairly.

Hola! Muchas gracias por los videos. Tengo una crisis existencial enorme. Entiendo el subjuntivo y hasta vi tu video al respecto pero me confunde que tengo amigos nativos y maestros que me dicen que use "was" en he/she/it. Y no sé ya qué hacer en oraciones como "if he were not here, I would bla bla bla" Esa oración es correcta o sí uso was o qué? Me preocupa porque estoy a punto de hacer el CAE y no quiero perder puntos. Por fa ayuda 😭

Valeria, en el caso de ''he,she,it'' da igual si dices ''was'' o ''were'', en un examen los dos son igual de válidos. Yo en mi caso, en un examen, usaría ''were'' ya que así les demuestras que sabes esa regla :)
